I have been accepted to run in the London Marathon 2023 and am being sponsored by the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust. 

The reason I chose to run for Iolanthe Midwifery Trust is because I believe the work and efforts that midwives do for their patients is truly remarkable. Equally, seeing people close to me working in the industry gives me honest appreciation for all their efforts. 

For me, I wanted to run for a cause that I think deserves a greater awareness and support. So this is my small effort to help raise recognition and awareness for all midwives. The Iolanthe Midwifery Trust is an increidble charity who help fund research, midwives and student midwives to deliver the best possible care. Further information on the organisation is seen below.
