Today, August 1st, I started the task of covering 800k over the next 5 months. Running around 160k/100miles a month will also see me going for a series of personal bests, including a time of less than 2 hours in the Stafford Half Marathon on Sunday 19th September.

All money donated through my justgiving page, will be given to the Colorectol Team at UHNM to assist in the purchase of equipment to further enhance the wonderful care that they provide.
