Mental health is a subject close to my heart as someone who has had some dark times myself.

However I am one of the lucky ones that survived it and now my mission is to give back to help prevent others from not.

Please have a look at this new charity, they are doing some great work in preventative measures to stop people from seeing ways of how to end things on line and instead block that and show them how things can be better. It s a great concept and I would love for you all to help me give them a little help with their mission. If me doing this can even help keep one person alive then that's everything I could wish for.
