My Dad was recently diagnosed with Myeloma.

Myeloma is a type of bone marrow cancer that currently there is no cure for.  Treatments for myeloma can be very effective at halting its progress, controlling the symptoms, and improving quality of life, but even after successful treatment, regular monitoring is needed in case the myeloma comes back.

I had never heard of Myeloma before my Dad was diagnosed with it and I am hoping, not only to raise money for Myeloma UK, but also awareness of this condition.

So, on the 11th July, Kris & I will be participating in the London 10k Run, so please contribute anything that you are able... from 10p all the way to our target of £1000!!  Anything and everything is genuinely appreciated.
