Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Saturday 17th May 2014 family and friends will gather to walk from Linlithgow to Camelon in memory of Jane McGuire.
We have chosen to donate to Breakthrough Breast Cancer as this was Jane's wish and because they are a pioneering charity dedicated to the prevention, treatment and ultimate eradication of breast cancer.
Brave Jane McGuire was one of the 32 women in the UK who die every day from breast cancer. She passed away in Strathcarron Hospice in June 2012 after a courageous four year fight. Jane was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 38 and beat it. Tragically the cancer returned, reching an advanced stage very quickly.Jane was a single mother to her beloved son Ramone. She was colourful, artistic, clever and full of life, even to the end. She was extremely brave and battled her cancer with great courage and determination,an inspiration to us all.We all miss her terribly.
In loving memory of Jane we plan to walk the same route as we have taken in 2 previous years. With your support and kind donations,we hope to make this day as amazing and as memorable as the others.
We welcome any contribution and thank you very much for your kind support.
Lets kick cancers ass!
