Those who know me know that I'm not really much of a runner. I've never gone further than 10k so a half marathon will be a big step up!

I'm joining #TeamSueRyder at Run Cheltenham, to raise money for Sue Ryder's expert care.---The end of peoples lives should be filled with treasured memories, family and friends, kindness and love. But sadly, 1 in 4 families are not able to access the end of life care they need, which means this time can be filled with uncertainty, pain and struggle instead. Together we can change this.
