Event: London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024, on 7 April 2024
Team Marsden are raising funds by taking on the fantastic London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 to make a difference to cancer patients everywhere.

Story

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, which is where my dad was being treated for lung cancer.

My dad, John Alley, sadly lost his battle with cancer on 29th February, so I will now be running in memory of him and to continue to raise money for The Royal Marsden.

The money will be used to ensure the nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, and never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
