Following the sad news of Sir Captain Tom's death, we have decided we would like to remember him by raising money for Keech Cottage which is a local charity. 

Between us we are walking 101 laps of the garden each month. Up until what would have been Sir Captain Tom's 101st Birthday (30th April 2021). 

Each staff member has been paired up with a resident to encourage and achieve this and also keeping a tally of how many laps they have done. 

We feel this is a great way to celebrate his life and also encourage exercise and getting outdoors for our residents at Danecroft.

Fingers crossed we will be able to have a garden party for his birthday and to celebrate our achievement.
