The Rat Race Dirty Weekend- 20 mile assault course with over 200 obstacles!

Hello everyone,
I am taking part in a televised 20 mile assault course event (as seen on Channel 4) to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
The 20 mile assault course consists of over 200 obstacles (not your average walk in the park!) including 120 metres of monkey bars, swimming through ice cold rivers etc.
It's ''the World's biggest assault course''.
To find out more about the obstacles I will face please visit the event website: http://www.ratracedirtyweekend.com/#up
I will be taking part in memory of my friend Jamie who sadly lost his battle to cancer on the 30/04/2012 at the age of 21. Also, on behalf of my Auntie Christine, who unfortunately can't take part after months of training.
Here's some information on the charity I am hoping to raise some money for:
''Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for the six young people aged between 13 and 24 diagnosed with cancer every day. We know that what they do need is to be treated together, by teenage cancer experts, in an environment tailored for them''
