I thought it would be a great idea to do a dance-a-thon to raise money for Grove Cottage - the home of Bishops Stortford Mencap. This charity is really important to me and so many other families. They have provided support for my younger brother Josh over many years. Enabling him to attend clubs where he is able to socialise with his friends and participate in activities within a secure environment. Grove Cottage is such a brilliant place to work and supporting all the fantastic members is very rewarding.

Grove Cottage needs over £400,000 every year to continue being there for those that rely on it's services to develop their potential, help them to avoid social isolation by supporting lifelong friendships and to provide respite to their families and carers. By supporting the danceathon you will be ensuring they keep helping local people of all ages with learning disabilities to have fun, socialise and live more fulfilled lives- whatever you give will make a huge difference to them, especially after such a difficult year.
