More than two million school-aged children in Syria are unable to go to school. Help us rehabilitate 28 schools to support a generation back into education and to change young lives for the better.

Story

We did it 3 years ago and we're going to do it again! Myself and Mohannad will be running the London South Tough Mudder on the 21st of May 2022 to raise money for Hand in Hand for Aid and Development's 'Sixty Million Trebles School for Syria' campaign .

More than two million children in Syria are out of school, and a further 1.3 million are at risk of dropping out. For those born during the war; it is likely that they have never attended a day of school in their entire lives. We strongly believe in the importance of providing educational opportunities no matter how difficult the environment. Children need to learn and have a safe space even during the traumas of war. We want the children born into war in Syria today to grow into the adults who will rebuild their country in peace.

The campaign is aiming to rehabilitate classrooms and distribute school bags, stationary and uniforms. Here's how your donations will make a difference:

£5 = school bag

£10 = 1 school bag and stationery

£25 = school bag, stationery and uniform

£50 = 1 school desk that fits 3 children

Thank you for your donations.
