Story
So it is that time of year and coming up for our annual charity catfishing event where we aim to raise loads of money , the past few years has been teenage cancer trust but this year it is for st barnabas hospice which is very very close to my heart
A very good friend of mine and the whole family had decided to shave his beard of to raise money for st barnabas but tragically just a few weeks ago and just days before he was due to shave it off he passed away , as someone that I use to Marshall charity events with I will miss him greatly so Tony Potts this is for you mate , if we can raise £10000 as a team I will shave my beard off so if you want to see my chin for the first time in years please donate
As a charity that does not receive any government money every £1 donated helps someone just like me
My wife spent 7 weeks receiving palliative care from the great team at st barnabas and the amazing care they showed me not just before but also after Laura had passed was second to none
Not only do they offer care and therapy for long after a love one has passed they help out with the hardest things in life and certainly helped me when it came to explaining to a 7 and 9 year old that there mum had passed away and the amazing team made the worse and hardest day off my life just a tiny bit easier
So please please anything you can give would be amazing
