Story
I work at a company based at Sci-Tech Daresbury and Stick'N'Step are the connected charity. I have seen what they can do for children and families living with Cerebral Palsy.
Being Welsh, Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) is a mountain that sticks into the forefront of our minds, being from South Wales meant that growing up I was more based in the Brecon Beacons rather than Snowdonia!
Summiting Yr Wyddfa isn't exactly charity-worthy as such, but as part of this team we will be going up at night (in the pitch black) to reach the summit for Sunrise. Using head-torches and moonlight to find the path. We will be heading up at around midnight on Friday 27th/Saturday 28th May 2022.
I'm planning on taking the GoPro on the adventure so you can see the route and achievement when we get there. I will also be linking to my Komoot account and sharing the route/data after the event.
Please do donate if you can!
Cheers, Dan

Stick ‘n’ Step is a charity that enables, inspires and supports children with cerebral palsy and their families
We support children and young people with cerebral palsy up to the age of 25 through the provision of free weekly conductive education (CE) sessions.
Our sessions are delivered by highly skilled professionals from our specialist centres in Wallasey and Runcorn and are designed to help each child reach their personal potential in terms of mobility, confidence, and independence.
