On 19th June (Father’s Day no less), myself and 2 friends (Paul and Ivan) will be cycling the Dragon Ride Medio Fondo - one of the most challenging sportives in the Uk. This 100mile (161km) ride includes 7,860ft (2,396m) of climbing, including ascent of the charmingly named “Devil’s Elbow!” 

Our cause - MacMillan Cancer Support, a fantastic charity that provides help to so many people diagnosed with this awful disease. During our lifetimes we will no doubt all be effected by cancer therefore every penny donated will be gratefully received. Thank you all….Dan!
