Dear all,

Jewish Care is a great charity that looks after some of the most vunerable members of our community.

It provides shelter and care to many different people, from the elderly, those with dementia, mental illnesses, Holocaust survivors and both young and old with disabilites etc.

Not being much of a runner :-) , I am doing something a little different......

 In the next few months, I will be training to do my record lift of 150 kilograms  Barbell Bench press ( 3 1/2 20 kilo plates a side plus bar) for 5 repetitions. Which for a natural bodybuilder ( no steriods , only spinach ! ) is not bad :-)

 

I would be very grateful if you could donate whatever amount you could, to help this cause,
