Hi folks,

I know so many of you have already been incredibly generous this year in donating to Marie Curie when I ran the London marathon in April but this will be my last request this year, I promise!

I am cycling to Paris on the 8th September from London and am this time raising money for Haven's Hospices.  A local well known charity in the Southend area.  If you would be kind enough to make a donation I would really appreciate it.  Here's some info Haven's:
