Hi everyone.

This year I will be running the London marathon in the memory and celebrtion of Phyllis Ashton and Ken Radcliffe, who sadly both lost their lives to strokes in the past 12 months.

Together lets raise a few quid for the good people at the Stroke Association to ensure they can continue their great work.
