For the past 5 years, as a member of Girl Scouts of Central Illinois Board of Directors, I have been incredibly fortunate to see firsthand the positive impact that Girl Scouts is making on girls throughout Illinois. As I continue my running journey and attempt to beat my personal best marathon time (2:46:35) I wanted to raise money once again for an organization that has meant a great deal to me.
