I'm joining the Palace for Life Foundation on a 140 mile cycle from Selhurst Park to Villa Park, raising money to improve the lives of young people in South London. 

No child's life chances should be hindered by where they're born or the area they grow up - but sadly that's a prominent feature of modern Britain.
