Hi Guys,

Firstly thanks for taking a look at my page. I am running this for the second year in a row. If you saw what happened last year I was told by my doctor I would be an idiot to run the race. I am of course an idiot and therefore did run. However I only had 2 weeks to raise funds and train and didn't feel I managed to do it justice.

I have been given a great opportunity to put that right this year and raise awareness of a great charity at the same time.

Sense helps those who are effected by deafness or blindness and supports the individuals as well as the families and support networks around those who are deaf or blind. It can be challenging to raise funds as this is an area that might not be as widely experinced or publicised as other charities, but that is precisely why the work this charity do is so crucial.

Anything you can give would be hugely appreciated guys. It's a great cause and I would really appreciate it.

Why not get in early with the sponsorship, avoid me bugging you for the next 5 months. In all seriousness I only do it as it's a great cause.
