Event: National Three Peaks Challenge - Dorset Mind 2023, on 17 June 2023
The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales.

Story

Since spending more time in Poole in recent years and seeing the amazing work Dorset Mind do, for 2023, I will be taking part in a couple challenges to support them.

After completing the Bournemouth Bay half marathon, I am now taking part in the Three Peaks challenge. Three Peaks challenge entails climbing the tallest mountains across Scotland, England and Wales.

Dorset Mind charity educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and encourages recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience.

1️⃣ 🏃🏻‍♀️ Bournemouth Bay Run - Half Marathon. Sunday 2nd April. COMPLETED ✅

2️⃣🗻 Three Peaks: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon. Saturday 17th June.

It would be great to raise some funds for Dorset Mind. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
