We raise money to support unpaid carers in the UK

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

As a family, we have been raising money for the Carers Trust for over two years.  Climbing and being amongst the montains is my passion so climbing hills, whilst raising funds and awatreness for young carers in the UK is a perfect combination.

Our eldest son is joining me on this trip and it will be his first big adventure.

I accept that times are financially tight and that there are many super charities raising money.  Carers Trust is about people in the UK who just need a bit of help.  As a familiy we focus on the younger carers as it is them that are having to find the strength to care at such a young age.  They miss out on the fun of being young and run the risk of having their future prospects reduced through a lack of sound or continuous education.  This is who we are trying to support.

Please help where possible and please spread the word as far and wide as you can!

Many thanks
