Run the Ring 5 is the 5th year of a parade of VW cars, VW vans & VW campers on the M25. This year it is to raise funds & awareness for CoppaFeel...

As a sponsor for the group, I wanted to do something special and raise both funds and awareness. 

I will be blogging my training progress and welcome any support leading up to the big day.
