It's that time of year again where I ask you to give some money to charity as I run yet another Northampton 10k. Give what you can, even a few pounds would be appreciated!

This year I am running for The Lowdown.The lowdown is a registered charity providing free & confidential counselling, information and support services to 12-25 year olds. They also provide support to parents, carers and professionals who are concerned with the welfare of young people.Based in Northampton's town centre. Since opening their doors in 1989, they have supported thousands of young people who have told them their lives have changed for the better
