In June this year my best friend Gareth Mundee passed away due to a heart attack. He was such a great mate and a wonderful person and I want to give something back to a charity close to me. I am taking part in Movember and I want any monies raised to go to The British Heart Foundation.

So please, in memory of Mundee and to help this tireless charity in thier great work, if you can donate something it would be gratefully appreciated.
