In accordance with my dad’s wishes, Ivor will be cremated by Pure Cremation on March 15th.
Dad was a no nonsense person and didn’t want a lavish affair after he died, the solicitors have informed me that he didn’t want a big send off and that sending flowers was not for him.
There will be no service or wake.
Ivor wanted to be remembered as he was.
My Dad was selflessly looked after by Macmillan Cancer Support team for 20 years, more so since his Lung Cancer Diagnosis in 2022.
Instead of sending flowers and should you wish to part with a few pennies instead, I have created this Page to raise a small & modest amount for the hospice care team that looked after him with respect and dignity in his final weeks.
Dad fought Pancreatic and Lung Cancer valiantly and any money raised will 100% go to MacMillan.
