What am I doing?

I'm walking the Camino.  As of Thursday, 13th May, I have completed some 185 km of the Camino and have another 625 km to go to the finish at Santiago. This is a really tough walk. The first day, crossing the Pyrennees, was 26km walk with 800 metre climb through blinding rain and snow! After that, it has been just a walk in the park (almost). It´s not too late to sponsor me. Think of the little children in the Sudan.

Why am I doing it?

To raise money for Aid to the Church in Need so that they can pay for the education of Christian children in the Sudan. I believe EDUCATION IS FREEDOM. It costs just £25 per year to educate one child. I would like to pay for the complete schooling of a full class of 30 children for ten years, so my target is £7,500.

Ambitious?

With your help, not at all. At £25 we're talking about a couple of bottles of wine, half a tank of petrol, a dinner out. Go on, give a child an education.

Thank you vey much for your support.
