Hello lovelies! 

On World Aids Day, 27 November, I will be running the Red Run 10 KM together with my friends from the Queer Running Club to raise awareness and fundraise money for Positive East, an amazing local charity in Hackney that provides HIV support services. 

I am doing this also to honour my fabulous friend Sam Salim. Sam has bravely shared his HIV status with the world earlier this year and is fighting the stigma and negative beliefs against people with HIV. Unfortunately, not at all people with HIV have access to the support services they need, from medical support to mental and wellbeing support. Therefore we would like to ask you to donate a few pennies to Positive East.
