You all know this is ridiculously out of character for the kind of laid back park dweller that i am, but we all know someone who has been affliced, and one day it could be you. these people helped support my mother and grandmother and i think the best way to pay them back for this generosity is to get my running shoes on and try to publicly break my body. I hope you'll feel inspired to make by public displays of pain mean a little bit more to this wonderful charity by throwing in a couple of quid or whatever you can afford. it would mean the world to me and also some of the people who have had the biggest impact on my life.
