I am taking on my biggest challenge ever by running the London Marathon to help raise funds for the childrens wards at Northampton General hospital.

A lot of you will know our little soldier decided to make a apperance into the world abit earlier than expected in 2018. He spent a few weeks on Gossett ward in NGH . Since then he has had quiet a few problems with his stomach and issues with feeding. This has resulting in him having to be tube fed,  which can be quiet a challenge for a very active 18 month old , lol. We spend alot of time in hospital either in Northampton or Leicester, Whilst in we tend to be in isolation for alot of the time, we have found these times challenging due to the small size of the rooms and quiet often being unable to visit the playroom. So finding things to  with a toddler can be a challenge, this got us to thinking of how we could help children in isolated rooms keep occupied and stimulated.  We have decided to raise as much money as we can for the wards to help buy new toys, high chairs and mats to allow children  to play actively on the floor along with other equipment.
