For those of you who don't know me, I'm Dale, and I'm a middle-aged guy trying to run the London Marathon for the first time. To mark this momentous act of stupidity, I am raising funds for Rays of Sunshine (raysofsunshine.org.uk) because while I choose this pain for myself, some people don't! So if you can help me, help them, then surely that is a good thing!
