For the second year running I'm going Sober for October (but this time in my own way) to raise money in memory of my Dad who was cared for so wonderfully there in the last month of his life. They do such an amazing job every day, not only for my Dad, but also the other patients there.  It's an independent charity and they rely on donations to keep going, so I'm doing my bit where I can.
