Hi All,

I've decided to take part in the London Parks half marathon this year to raise some well needed money for cancer research. They do great work directly and indirectly for cancer sufferers and their families and friends. As most of you know,  I lost my mother to cancer last year and thats why I've decided to do this run and why I chose Cancer research as the charity to run for.

I dont really enjoy running and am pretty useless at it as well. I am aiming for a sub 2 hour time as well to add to the misery. But its all for a great cause

So please spare any change you have, raid your on line bookies account and help me raise £400 for a great charity that helped my family last year and countless others as well.
