Story

Thank you very for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You've made it this far, now please donate whatever you can afford for a fantastic charity: Beating Bowel Cancer.

Beating Bowel cancer is dedicated to saving lives by working with individuals, communities and the government to improve public awareness of bowel cancer and enable early diagnosis. My close family friends: Gill; Rob; Ian; and Dan Ratcliffe along with their extended family have been tirelessly raising money for Beating Bowel Cancer since 2008. This followed the passing of Johnnie Ratcliffe, aged just 28, to the disease. Their continued effort to raise money and support other families and individuals in a similar position is truly inspiring.

This has led to me taking the plunge and signing up to the London Marathon 2014. I hope that raising £3000 for Beating Bowel Cancer will provide vital funds that enable the charity to continue their work.
