In August 2020 our beautiful Mam, Ber Harty, went into hospital and was subsequently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. She fought it so hard and was hit with every side effect she could possibly have gotten. Despite all that, she always kept up a brave face. We lost her last September, she was only 63.

I always wanted to raise money to help other families who are faced with the devastating diagnosis that is cancer. So the "Dip for Daffodil" idea came to me, which is ironic seeing as Mam would say she only swam in the sea when it was "30 degrees in the shade", I'm sure she is laughing at me with this idea as I'm exactly the same as her now!!!

So please join me my family for a dip in the sea at Ardmore Beach on SATURDAY 26th March at 10am🏊🙂🥶🤣
