Story

D2H donate a portion of our profits every year to a couple of charities, one of whom is Young Carers Bucks - an organisation that provides invaluable support to young people who are caring for others. Furthermore, D2H offers its employees an extra day off each year to raise funds for our charities - and we're taking full advantage.

Given that we spend most of our days sitting in front of computers we thought we had better get off our bums and get active - and plan to walk the length of Buckinghamshire - approximately 2 marathons - over a couple of days in August. We'll also be loosely connecting the walk to the work that we and Young Carers Bucks do. The start location will tie in with our Olympic connections at the Eton Dorney Rowing Lake, venue for the 2012 Games, and finish at the home of British Motorsport, Silverstone, linking to D2H's core engineering heritage. Along the way we'll be dropping in on the Young Carers Bucks team in Aylesbury to say hi and find out a bit more about the great work they do.

We'd love it if you can support us and Young Carers Bucks and make a donation, no matter how large or small.
