This charity supports Mens Health by purchasing the very latest equipment and treatments.  I am raising funds to honour and support dear friends - Colin (also my amazing Kundalini yoga teacher) recovering from prostate cancer,  Tony (also a brilliant former colleague who was a major influence on my professional career), Andrew (husband of my school friend Wendy) & our Cornwall friend Dave who also loves to swim locally.

My desire to challenge myself with the swim is inspired by my late father who was a great swimmer and highly respected GP who used to swim before morning surgery, and our amazing son who competes in triathlon events -  we love swimming together.
