I am on the Board of Washington National Park Fund because I love and value Rainier National Park, Olympic National Park and North Cascades National Park. My son, Nick Booster, spent many happy hours tramping those trails before his death from treatment resistant depression in February 18, 2020. I can’t think of a better way to remember our beloved boy than to work tirelessly to make solace in the outdoors available to more people while paying for programs that federal funding falls woefully short on.
