Story

A few months ago George, his brother Adam, Dad John and friend Jamie were planning a sponsored cycle ride to raise funds for the National Deaf Childrens Society (NDCS). The NDCS is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people in the UK.

George (20) was born profoundly deaf and uses a cochlear implant but has benefited hugely from his involvement in sport.

Tragically in June 2013 Anna, George and Adam lost their Uncle Vinny at the age of just 47 and plans for the cycle ride had to be put on hold.

The cycle ride is now to be called Cycle for Vinny in memory of their much loved uncle. Starting on the 21st August Adam, John and Jamie will cycle from Newquay to Blandford. They will still be raising funds for the NDCS because Vinny had such a special bond with George through a passion of sport.

Adam Jamie and John would really appreciate your support so please sponsor Cycle for Vinny on behalf of the NDCS.
