We are taking on a massive challenge in Cycling around 550 km's to Amsterdam via Bruges to raise money for Central London Samaritans. This intrepid journey will take 4 days in the saddle, a lot of training and a lot of Lycra.

Central London Samaritans provides emotional support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair with the aim of reducing cases of suicide. As an organisation, it is powered by volunteers and rely entirely on donations to continue to provide an incredible to service to it's callers. 

This is a fantastic cause that is close to Sam's heart especially as he volunteers for the branch, but as awareness about Mental Health increases, the service that Samaritans provides really does give people an outlet to express thoughts and feelings that are incredibly difficult to contend with.
