James Richardson, Jason Scott, Joanna Balderson and Joseph Dunn are cycling 127 miles from Liverpool to Leeds on the canal on 13/09/13 to raise money for candlelighters. The bike ride will be the final event to a string of fundraising events taking place to raise money for candleighters. The events leading up to the bike ride will include an auction night, race night and live entertainment to name a few.

The group are aiming to raise £3000 through these events to give to candlelighters by the end of the cycle on 16/09/13

Candlelighters provide amazing support to children and teenagers suffering from cancer. Candleighters provide equipment and support for patients and their families whilst staying on the ward to make them feel more at home such as a family room for the parents and toys and games for the children and also valuble research into cancer which hopfully will save lives in the future. Candlelighters also arrange days out and fun events which can really get paitents through tough times.

Candlelighters are a charity very close to our hearts and would mean the world if we could reach our final target so please sponsor us with whatever you can and share this with friends and families as every thing will help
