Well, I did it!  I got round in 3:33:29, so I missed my (optimistic) target of 3:15, but I can't complain too much.  It was much tougher than I expected it to be -- especially the last 6 miles or so.

That's me, suffering on the way out of Canary Wharf, I think, observed by Marc, Jude Sam and Avi.

The crowds were fantastic, helping to make it an experience I'll never forget.  I crossed the line saying "never again".   The following day I signed up for next year's race!
