Story
With much of the world in lockdown, this year has definitely been a strange one. It's been a year that we have all had to deal with and to approach in different ways, and it has been a time where we have really seen what a wonderfully supportive team we have here at Curo.
We wanted to make use of this to come together and support others through this unprecedented period. With many of us at home juggling work with home schooling, we want to make sure that no child is shut out of a fair education because of COVID-19. We have chosen to support the charity Teach First, who are providing catch-up support to the UKs poorest children and packages of support to help schools recover. This will help the children who really need it to achieve the education they want, need and deserve.

Each year, as a Microsoft Partner, a couple of the Curo team attend Microsoft's biggest partner event, Microsoft Inspire. This year it would have been held in the bright lights of Las Vegas but for obvious reasons it will now be held virtually. While this means we can all attend as a team, we do miss out on the travel!
So, we have decided to still make that journey together to Microsoft Inspire (virtually of course). One major difference: as we could all do with some fitness motivation in lockdown, we will be walking, running, cycling (and other fitness activities) to get there!
As a team, Curo will be travelling around 1,120 miles: from Microsoft's Head Office in Seattle to the usual conference venue in Las Vegas. Our progress will be published so you can join us on our journey, see where we've got to and how much we've raised so far for this really worthwhile cause.
We will be working hard to get to Las Vegas by the start of the conference on the 21st July - we don't want to miss any of it! That's just 2 weeks away, so please support us and give whatever you can, to help the charity and give us that motivational kick.
