Story

Zoom: Pinot Noir - Our Global Love Affair!

Tuesday 30th June, 630pm

A global live Zoom! A panel dialling in from around the world - London, New Zealand and Burgundy join together with three fabulous people to talk to us about the Pinot Noir they know best to help us understand the uniqueness of Pinot Noir from their region.

Panel comprising:

Burgundy: Jane Eyre, winemaker - Jane first experienced Burgundy in 1998 so truly knows how to understand Pinot Noir from its motherland. Jane is Australian by birth and fondly termed as an “Ausgundian” being an Australian making wine in Burgundy while also making wine back home in Victoria.

Germany: Tobias Brauweiler MSTobias is a German native with experience working at Hakkasan Group London and previously at the Ritz as Head Sommelier, ready to give us insight to the third largest producing country of Pinot Noir - Germany.

New Zealand: Cameron Douglas MS - Cameron is NZ’s first and only Master Sommelier who takes his position as unofficial Ambassador for New Zealand wine being an experienced wine writer, judge, presenter and consultant.

Come be part of a wine community of consumers, sommeliers and industry to raise monies for charity Hospitality Action. If you are unable to make it then a recording can be sent to you after the Zoom so please still donate and support.

Please email Queena Wong at queena@curiousvines.co.uk once donated to provide your email address to receive Zoom details or to receive your recording afterwards. Follow what bottles we will be revealing in the lead up to the event on instagram @queenadwong
