As you know I have taken up baking all sorts of cakes since I had the time to do so.  Plus having a new mixer meant I get to play with it.  Our lovely Sheila taught me how to make Welsh cakes . My mum was the queen of scone making. They both found it helped as they struggled with memory loss .   So I hope you ‘ll taste a cake & donate to this wonderful charity.
