On Friday 2nd of April at 5.45pm I lost my wonderful husband, my best friend and my whole world to bowel cancer.

Rick’s was the most amazing man, who was loved by so many people and he was always there to support others no matter what he was going through.

From the moment he was diagnosed his mission was to fight both the cancer and also to raise as much awareness of this cruel disease. He, with the support of so many friends raised £10,000 for the Royal Marsden.

In his final weeks Rick’s spent his time at the Princess Alice Hospice. There kindness, love and care for Rick’s was fantastic and we want to do something for them in memory of the amazing support and comfort they provided him, myself and our family and friends.

Myself along with our friends and family are dedicated to continuing Ricks legacy of raising awareness, fundraising and supporting others who’s lives have been torn apart by this horrendous disease.

Your support in continuing this fundraising in my husbands name will go a long way to help the Princess Alice Hospice to continue to provide the care, love and support to those facing the same incredibly difficult circumstances.
