Story

Hello

The CT children and Simon (Daddy) have entered a Scootathlon and a team relay triathlon of 400M swim, 20K cycle and 5K run on Sunday 6 September as part of Triforlife.  Our bit involves a scoot, a bike ride and then a run.  Daddy is in training, despite his dodgy knees, to do the 20k cycle!

Tri for Life is organised by the Harvey Selby Charitable Trust and is raising much needed funds for a variety of charities. This year we are raising money for Rays of Sunshine, Help a London Child, Shelter from the Storm, World Jewish Relief, Kisharon, The Employment Resource Centre, The Greenhouse Schools Project, Old People’s Welfare, University College London Hospitals and The Employment Resource Centre. You can find out more about these charities by clicking on www.triforlife.co.uk/charities

I am sure that you get lots of these emails but it would be great if you could sponsor us.  Daddy has been making us do lots of training.

Lots of love

Rachel, Rebecca, Daniel (and Simon/Daddy)
