On 10 and 11 July, some of the Children's Sailing Trust team are setting themselves the challenge of each travelling 9.2 miles, the length of the Helford River, and raising money with every sail, swim, SUP and step.

We've doing this to set ourselves a challenge, increase awareness of our charity's work in Cornwall and raise funds to help continue opening up opportunities for young people to take part in watersports for themselves.

We'll post updates, photos and tracking maps of how each team member is getting on in completing their 9.2 miles, becoming a Helford Hero in their own way.
