Hi, I've tried to kick off 2023 by starting a new healthy (both physically and mentally) habit by taking a daily walk. So whilst doing something for myself and enjoying the fresh air (when I’m not huffing and puffing out of breath!) I thought I would combine this with the Move for Mind 30-day challenge. I will be walking between Feb 13th - Mar 14th 2023.
I hope to raise vital funds for Mind in Bradford to support their mental health services across Bradford District. Access to mental health support is still too often difficult to come by or waiting lists can be extremely long. Any additional funding to help sustain and ultimately grow vital services is key.
You never know one day you may even find yourself needing their help, which could be life saving. Help to fund mental health services in Bradford and contribute to helping others in need of support. Certainly a cause I shall never overlook again.
