Story

On the 23rd of July 8 of our members will take on the Battle Cancer  Challenge, 4 workouts of 9 mins .We are fundraising for the Irish Cancer Society and in memory of all the family and friends we lost to the disease. And those currently fighting it

The Irish Cancer Society are working towards a future where nobody dies from cancer, and everyone affected by the disease will have access to world class treatment and support. We can help support cancer patients and their families. Your support will help make a difference.

Cancer is the most common cause of death in Ireland with more than 9,000 people in Ireland dying each year. That's almost 25 people dying from cancer every day across Ireland. An average of 1 person every hour.

Thank you

Louise & CFS
